Personal care products firm Mamaearth raises $27-M from Belgium's Sofina

Mamaearth, a Gurgaon-based portal for personal care products, has raised USD 27 million (INR 202.38 Cr) in its Series E round from Sofina. The company will allot 902 Class E CCPS at an issue price of INR 2,243,696. The issue will result in a 3.78% stake to the Belgium-based investor (on a fully diluted basis), valuing the company above USD 700 million. Existing investors such as Sequoia Capital India, Fireside Ventures and Stellaris Ventures will also invest in the round.
