Personal care startup Secret Alchemist raises $3-M from Unilever Ventures
Mumbai-based beauty and personal care (BPC) startup Secret Alchemist has raised USD 3 million (INR 27.1 crore) in a seed funding round led by Unilever Ventures. The round, which included a mix of primary and secondary transactions, saw participation from investor DSG Consumer Partners.The firm will use the fresh proceeds to expand its fragrance portfolio, invest in R&D and improve omnichannel presence and distribution
For FY24, Secret Alchemist had reported about INR 0.4 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.2 Cr in Net Loss.
