Pet-care D2C co Goofy Tails raises $500-K led by BeyondSeed
Delhi-based direct-to-consumer (D2C) pet care company Goofy Tails has raised USD 500,000 led by BeyondSeed, a Singapore-based investor group, and The Chennai Angels, with participation from overseas angel investors. Co-founded by Karan Gupta, Goofy Tails' pet care product range consists of fresh and healthy food, interactive toys, accessories, and grooming products. Goofy Tails plans to enter South Asian and European markets by the middle of next year. The funds will be used to expand its product portfolio, improve customer acquisition efforts, expand the team and increase warehouse presence across India.
