Poonawalla Fin buys 13 floors in Pune's “AP81” office tower for Rs.464-Cr

Poonawalla Finance, part of the Cyrus Poonawalla Group that also promotes vaccine maker Serum Institute of India (SII), has bought 13 floors in a wing of commercial tower “AP81” in Pune's Mundhwa locality for about INR 464 crore. With this, Poonawalla Finance which had bought two floors – first and second – of this wing earlier, has acquired more than 60% of the space from developer Pristine Properties. Along with around 320,000 sq ft carpet office space, Poonawalla Finance will also get access to 320 car parking slots and 840 bike parking spaces. The buyer has paid INR 27.82 crore in stamp duty on the transaction.
