Proptech accelerator Gruhas Aspire selects 7 startups for first cohort
Gruhas Aspire, an accelerator focused on proptech startups, has announced its inaugural cohort. The startups include: Modcave: manufactures prefabricated, modular, temporary shelters that can be deployed anywhere. Realiti.io: seeks to empower real estate brokers to create and manage their digital presence and collaborate with other brokers through a managed service. Safearth: a platform for solar projects; encompasses procurement, EPC, as well as financing support. Settl: enables reimagining the co-living experience for urban professionals through data-driven models for property selection and differentiated community engagement. SustVest: enables retail investors to help finance renewable energy demands through fractional ownership of solar projects. Tellus Habitat: is working to solve India's water shortage issue through its proprietary decentralized wastewater treatment machine that can be installed in any home. Zerund: a construction materials startup that captures and converts waste plastic into high-grade, lightweight bricks.
