Proptech co BuildNext raises $3.5 M led by Pidilite Group
Kerala-based proptech startup BuildNext has raised USD 3.5 million (about INR 27.7 crore) in a pre-Series A round led by publicly listed adhesives maker Pidilite Industries, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Madhumala Ventures. Existing investors Konglo Ventures, Vineet Kumar (CEO, Native) and Deep Gupta (FatEngine) also participated in the round. BuildNext will use the fresh capital to further expand its R&D capabilities and upgrade its virtual reality technology experience centres. It will also expand into new markets such as Bengaluru, Chennai and Coimbatore while strengthening its foothold in existing markets.
