Proptech startup Altre raises $1-M

Gurugram-headquartered proptech startup Altre has raised USD 1 million in a pre-Series A round. Founded by Shweta Sawhney, Altre is a B2B fulfilment marketplace for commercial real estate. It offers a digital brokerage platform servicing real estate requirements across various categories for clients ranging from enterprises to startups in Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, and Mumbai. The platform currently has over 2,000 properties listed across 300 million square feet of listings. The new funds will be used to grow technology, capability, and teams across the country
