Proptech startup Propsoch raises funding
Proptech startup Propsoch has raised angel funding from Bhaskar Bhat, former managing director at Titan Company, Mohit Malhotra, CEO of Godrej Properties and others. The company claims to be tracking close to 1.5 lakh homes in Bengaluru on 200+ data points related to the location, accessibility, design, pricing, legal and approval. It plans to use the new funds for brand building, key hires and for scaling up technology.
