Prozeal Infra Engg raises $4-M led by Alchemie Ventures
Ahmedabad-headquartered Prozeal Infra Engineering Pvt Ltd has raised USD 4 million in a Series A funding round led by Chandrakant Gogri's family office arm - Alchemie Ventures. The funds will be used to scale operations and execute developer-model projects for energy and utility companies. Incorp Advisory was the exclusive investment banker for the transaction. Prozeal Infra was founded by Manan Thakkar and Shobit Rai. The company claims to have an order book worth INR 1,000 crore, to be fulfilled over the next 12 months.
