QR-code player Beaconstac raises $25-M led by Telescope Partners
Beaconstac, a Bengaluru- and New York, NY (USA)-headquartered quick response (QR) code-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, has raised USD 25 million in a Series A round led by San Francisco-based Telescope Partners. Accel India - an existing investor in the company when it was called Mobstac - also participated in the round. The startup creates and tracks QR codes for clients. Beaconstac has 75 employees and plans to increase headcount by 200% this year.
