Realtor TARC raises Rs.1,330-Cr from Bain Capital

NSE listed real estate developer TARC Limited (formerly Anant Raj Industries) has raised INR 1,330 crore from Bain Capital in the form of secured NCDs. TARC has utilized part of this newly infused capital to retire its entire existing debt with multiple domestic lenders.
