Realty investments marketplace PropReturns raises funds from Kunal Shah, others

Delhi-based proptech startup PropReturns, a marketplace for real estate investments, has raised funds from Cred's Kunal Shah, Gokul Rajaram (Board Member – CoinBase and Pinterest), 1947 Rise, Varun Alagh (co-founder of Mamaearth), Sandeep Agarwal (co-founder of ShopClues), Nitin Jain (Of-Business) and Karan Virwani. PropReturns will use funds to add more asset classes. It will also aim to expand the investor base and associate with more channel partners/real estate brokers, developers and property owners. The company has a presence in Mumbai and Delhi-NCR, and is looking to expand in Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. It also seeks to enable its technology team to provide deeper analytics for investors to help them make informed investment decisions.
