Regional music streaming platform Damroo raises funding

Mumbai-based regional music streaming platform Damroo has raised a seed round of funding led by Marwari Catalysts and poet Kumar Vishvas. The round also saw the participation of spiritual leader Nimbarkacharya Shriji Maharaj, and Umed Singh Rao and Ratnawali Singh. The company will invest the funds towards platform upgradation, performance, branding, promotion, user acquisition and retention, content creation, team building and structuring.
