Restaurant chain Barbeque Company raises $1.5 M
Gurugram-based The Barbeque Company has raised USD 1.5 million in a pre-seed round from a group of angel investors. Founded by Harmandeep Khurana, the company opened its first restaurant in Janakpuri, New Delhi, in 2015. It is planning to use the funds to open more company-owned outlets. In addition, it seeks to launch branches in the big cities and then move into Tier 2 and 3 cities.
