Rukam Capital exits beauty products seller Pilgrims with 5.36x return

YourStory

Early-stage investor Rukam Capital has exited Mumbai-headquartered D2C (direct-to-consumer) beauty brand Pilgrim with a 5.36X return in two years. The exit was a part of the USD 20 million Series B round Pilgrim had raised in September from Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India, along with existing investors Fireside Ventures and Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office. Founded in 2019 by IIT-Bombay graduates Anurag Kedia and Gagandeep Makker, Pilgrim sells hair and skincare products. Rukam Capital invested in Pilgrim as part of the INR 13 crore Series A round.
