Sequoia Capital India sells addnl Stovekraft shares worth Rs.159.39 Cr, registers 3.58x return

Sequoia Capital India, via SCI Growth Investments II, has sold 2,469,853 equity shares (7.54% stake) at INR 645.35 per share of publicly-listed Stovekraft Ltd on Mar 3, 2022 through a bulk deal on BSE. The sale aggregates to INR 159.39 crore. Post the sale, Sequoia would hold 775,194 equity shares (2.37% stake) in the company.
