Shapoorji Pallonji Group raises Rs.450-Cr from Motilal Oswal

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has raised INR 450 crore from the PE-RE unit of Motilal Oswal, for its two projects through structured debt instruments. One of the projects is a partially completed, leased and operational commercial project located in Manesar in Haryana. The other project is a residential township project, launched in 2021. With a development potential of over 113 million square feet, The funds will be used towards working capital for the project, repayment of debt and to achieve financial closure. SPRE has presence in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram, and Kolkata, with a variety of projects ranging from luxury apartments and residences to aspirational homes for mid-income homebuyers.
