Shriram Properties, ASK Property Fund acquire 100% in Chennai project for Rs.206-Cr

Shriram Properties Ltd (SPL) and ASK Property Fund have jointly acquired 100% development rights in an ongoing project in Chennai valued at around INR 206 crore. The acquisition was made through SPL's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shrivision Elevations Pvt Ltd. The working capital needed will be met separately by the partners.
