SirionLabs tops up Series D round with $25-M from Brookfield

Bellevue, Washington, US and Gurugram-based SirionLabs, a player in artificial intelligence (AI)-powered contract lifecycle management (CLM), has received an about USD 25 million investment from Brookfield Growth which takes its Series D funding round size to USD 110 million. The new investment will allow Sirion to strengthen its position in CLM, including advances in AI capabilities and seamless integration with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce and Microsoft 365. From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In May-22, SirionLabs had announced raising USD 85 million in Series D funding led by Partners Group, with participation from existing investors Avatar Growth Capital, Sequoia Capital India and Tiger Global taking its total fund raising since 2012 to to USD 157 million.
