SKA Group to raise funds for Rs.400-Cr housing project in Noida

Realty firm SKA Group is to raise equity funding to part the INR 400 crore investment planned over the next five years to develop a luxury housing project in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The company has launched its new project 'SKA Orion', spread over 3.5 acres land parcel and comprising 508 units, on Noida Expressway. Of the INR 400 crore project cost, INR 300 crore is the cost of construction and INR 100 crore, the land cost. The investment will be funded through equity, internal accruals, and advances from customers against sales.
