Skill-learning platform FrontRow raises $14-M from Eight Roads, Lightspeed, Elevation Capital, other
Bengaluru-based FrontRow, which provides skill-based paid courses with the help of celebrity instructors, has raised USD 14 million (INR 104 crore) in a Series A round. Eight Roads Ventures led the round with INR 37 crore. Existing investors Lightspeed Ventures and Elevation Capital have put in INR 18.5 crore each. FBC ventures and KA Enterprises (Bollywood actor Deepka Padukone's Family Office) have invested INR 2.96 crore and INR 1.2 crore respectively. US-based Earl Grey Capital has invested INR 1.1 crore while FBC ventures participated with INR 2.96 crore. Apart from institutional backers, FrontRow also raised capital from over a dozen angels including Ashneer Grover, Karan Singh, Kunal Shah, Nitin Gupta, David Booth, Maninder Gulati, Ashish Gupta, and Eric Feldman.
