Small town-focused value commerce co. CityMall in talks with Jungle Ventures, others to raise Rs.500
Gurugram-based CityMall , a value commerce company focusing on non-metro customers, is in talks to raise INR 400-Cr to INR 500-Cr in fresh funding. The round is expected to be led by existing investor Jungle Ventures and could value the company at about INR 4,000-Cr.Founded in 2019 by Angad Kikla, Naisheel Verdhan, and Rahul Gill, the company operates a next-day delivery model offering groceries, home, kitchen, and electronics products. CityMall plans to use the capital to support its expansion in smaller towns and cities. The firm operates across 18 markets in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi-NCR, and Haryana. The company reported a revenue of approximately INR 1,000-Cr in fiscal year 2026, nearly double its performance from the previous year.
