Social commerce startup CityMall raises $75-M from Norwest, Citius Fund, others

Gurugram-based social commerce platform CityMall has raised INR 574 crore (USD 75 million), led by Norwest Venture Partners, with participation from new and existing investors. CityMall has approved the allotment of 1 equity share and 11,771 preference shares at an issue price of INR 458,716 each. Norwest and Citius Fund are the largest investors in this round contributing INR 142.52 crore and INR 112.52 crore respectively. Jungle Venture, Elevation Capital, AM Holding, General Catalysts, Waterbridge Ventures and Accel have invested INR 90 crore, INR 60 crore, INR 56.2 crore, INR 30 crore and INR 22.5 crore, respectively.
