Soclal media enabler for creators Wishlink attracts $7-M from Fundamentum, Elevation Capital

Bengaluru-based, creator-focused commerce startup Wishlink has raised USD 7 million from Fundamentum Partnership and Elevation Capital.Wishlink will issue 12,945 Series A CCPS at INR 44,882 each to raise INR 58.1 crore. Elevation Capital has become the largest external stakeholder with a 22.93% stake followed by The Fundamentum Partnership Fund with 13.55%.Founded by Chandan Yadav, Shaurya Gupta, and Divyansh Ameta, Wishlink enables creators across social media platforms to drive commerce for brands via their personalised multi-brand storefronts. It claims to help over 60 brands like H&M, Westside, Faballey, Indya, GOAT Brand Labs, Amazon and Flipkart.Wishlink closed its seed round of USD 3 million in October 2022 led by Elevation Capital and angel investors including Vidit Aatrey, Sanjeev Barnwal, Rahul Chaudhary, Ankush Sachdeva, and Ghazal Alagh.Ahmedabad-based managed office space provider DevX has raised USD 7 million (over INR 58 crore) in a mix of equity and debt (split equally) from banks , non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), family offices, and high networth individuals (HNIs) in its third round of fundraising.Existing investors including Urmin family office, Gala family office, Bidiwala family office, also participated in the equity segment of the round.The funds will be used for national and global expansion, adding more assets across India, and developing a proptech solution. DevX plans to go public next year and is currently operating in 11 cities across India.
