Sports & fitness media platform Spectacom raises Rs.11-Cr from Rainmatter
Gurugram-based Spectacom Global has raised INR 11 crore from Rainmatter Capital. Obhan & Associates acted as the legal counsel to Spectacom Global on the transaction. Spectacom owns regional language health & wellness app BunkerFit. It also owns getmybib.com, a sports-focussed ticketing platform that is to be launched soon. It also holds a majority stake in obstacle race, The Devils Circuit. The fresh capital will be used to drive growth by launching additional participative IPs and investing in content development, marketing, and hiring.
