Spyre Proptech to launch Rs.400-Cr fund backed by Venture Catalysts, Neovon
Spyre PropTech , backed by Venture Catalysts and Neovon, is set to launch a INR 400 crore Category II alternative investment fund (AIF) venture fund. The new fund will invest in over 30 early and growth-stage companies, with ticket sizes ranging from INR 2 crore to INR 8 crore for the early stage and INR 15 crore to INR 40 crore in Series A and B rounds. It has an alternative investment fund (AIF) II licence and an additional green-shoe option of INR 400 crore .
