Startup investments platform Sateeq raises angel funding
Noida-based Sateeq, a platform for investing in startups, has raised an angel round from investors including Himanshu Periwal (founder, unlu), Sarthak Goel (founder, Y-Combinator backed InVoid), Vaibhav Jalan (Smallcase), Nikunj Jain (Forbes 30-Under-30), Amitesh Sinha (partner, SIMA Funds) and Kunwar & Amit (founder, UnFinance). Sateeq allows startups to raise community funding based on Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs). It also provides infrastructure support to angel syndicates, startups, and angel networks to raise funds from specific investors.
