SWAMIH fund makes first complete exit from Mumbai realty project
The government-backed last-mile financing platform Special Window for Completion of Construction of Affordable and Mid-Income Housing Projects (SWAMIH I) has made its first complete exit - from an investment made for completion of a residential project in Mumbai's Borivali suburb. The project, CCI Rivali Park Wintergreen, is the first project to be delivered with the help of the SBICAP Ventures-managed fund. SWAMIH had invested around INR 130 crore in the project and has exited with its targeted internal rate of return of 12% along with completion of over 700 stuck homes.
