Synthetic biology player D-Nome raises $1.5 M from Ankur Capital, Campus Fund
Hyderabad-headquartered synthetic biology startup D-Nome has raised USD 1. 5 million from Ankur Capital and Campus Fund. D-Nome intends to offer molecular diagnostics with its device-less PCR (polymerase chain reaction) tech. Launched by PhD students from the Centre of Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), the company's aims to build rapid point-of-care diagnostics for infectious diseases and other applications using genomics and synthetic biology.
