Taxmen fish for info on investors in Angel Funds: report
Several startups bankrolled by angel funds have been asked by the income tax (I-T) department in the past few months to share details of the ultimate investors in the funds. Angel funds have to comply with easier rules compared to other types of alternative investment funds (AIFs) like private equity and venture capital funds.
