Telemedicine startup Mfine closes Series C round with Rs.251-Cr

Bengaluru-based on-demand doctor consultation platform Mfine has raised INR 251 crore in its Series C round led by existing backer Beenext and participated by several others. Beenext led the round with INR 74 crore while Helios Heritas and 57 stars Meditech have invested INR 59 crore and INR 52 crore respectively. Another existing investor SBI Ven Capital has invested INR 44.2 crore whereas Seabright has invested INR 14.8 crore. YS Investments has also participated in the Series C round with INR 7.4 crore. Mfine provides medical consultations virtually along with ancillary services such as lab tests, medical guides and medicine delivery.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Sep-17 and Jan-21, Mfine had raised more than INR 400 crore from Beenext, Stellaris Venture Partners, SBI Ven Capital and Prime Venture Partners. In Jan-21, Mfine was reported to be raising INR 246.04 crore from existing shareholders - including SBI Ven Capital, Beenext, Stellaris Venture Partners and Prime Venture Partners - in the ratio of their holdings and to have received the first tranche of INR 29 crore with the rest INR 215 crore due in the next couple of months.
