Tiles maker Simpolo attracts funding from Motilal Oswal PE
Morbee, Gujarat-based Simpolo Vitrified Pvt Ltd (SVPL) has received the nod from Competition Commission of India (CCI) for attracting an investment from the Private Equity arm of Motilal Oswal Group (via India Business Excellence Fund IV, India SME Investments Fund – I, Motilal Oswal Finvest Ltd and others). SVPL designs, manufactures and sells vitrified tiles. It is also engaged in the trading of various kinds of tiles, sanitaryware and bath fittings, faucets and allied products.
