Trifecta Capital makes first close of 3rd venture debt fund at Rs.750-Cr

Venture debt firm Trifecta Capital has raised INR 750 crore (USD 100 million) in the first close of its Trifecta Venture Debt Fund -- III. The fund has a target corpus of INR 1,000 crore and a green shoe option of INR 500 crore. Earlier this year, the firm had announced the final close of Trifecta Venture Debt Fund – II at INR 1,025 crore, as well as the first close of its late-stage equity fund, the INR 1,500 crore Trifecta Leaders Fund – I.
