TriVeda Capital to raise Rs.200-Cr fund for South India-focused realty projects
Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) TriVeda Capital plans to raise an INR 200 crore fund called ‘Bangalore Opportunity Fund' to invest in plotted development projects. The fund would have an additional INR 50 crore green-shoe option. The category II AIF would focus on plotted development and residential assets in cities in Southern India. It will have a 5-year tenure and target garnering USD 1 Billion assets under management (AUM) in the next five years. TriVeda Capital is a real estate investment platform founded by P. Ravindra Pai (MD, Century Real Estate Holding), and Raj S. Inamdar (Founder, Sorani Capital LLC).
