Union Bank to sell its 8% stake in ISARC to Dhansamridhi Finance

Union Bank of India will sell its 8%stake in India SME Asset Reconstruction Company to Dhansamridhi Finance. ISARC is focussed on NPA resolution of the MSME sector. It is sponsored by SIDBI, Bank of Baroda, Punjab National Bank, and SIDBI Venture Capital Ltd.
