Upskilling platform AlmaBetter raises $2.7 M led by Kalaari Capital
Bengaluru-based edtech upskilling startup AlmaBetter has raised USD 2.7 million in its seed funding round led by Kalaari Capital. Over 15 angel investors including Vidit Aatrey and Sanjeev Kumar from Meesho, Rajesh Yabaji from Blackbuck, Varun Alagh from Mamaearth, and Rahul Dalmia also participated in the round. Founded in 2020, AlmaBetter claims to have enrolled more than 16,000 students to date. The startup offers pay-after-placement services to the students enrolled in its courses.
