US based SentinelOne to acquire cybersecurity startup PingSafe
Mountain View, California (US)-headquartered cybersecurity company SentinelOne is to acquire Bengaluru-based cybersecurity startup PingSafe. The acquisition, involving a combination of cash and stock.Established in 2021 by ethical hackers Anand Prakash (CEO) and Nishant Mittal (CTO), PingSafe emerged from stealth mode in July 2023, announcing a seed funding round of USD 3.3 million led by the venture capital firm PeakXV Partners through its startup accelerator program Surge.
