US co Open English acquires mobile English-language learning platform Enguru
Open-English, a Florida, US-based English-learning platform catering to Latina America and the hispanic market in the US, has acquired Enguru, a Bengaluru-based mobile language-learning platform. Post-acquisition, Enguru will continue to function under the same name.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Aug-2017 and Aug-2021, Enguru (operated by Kings Learning Pvt Ltd) had raised over USD 2.5 M from Bisk Ventures,Potencia Ventures,Unilazer Ventures,Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Village Capital, Others.
