US retirement plans admin services provider Congruent raises funding from Sanaka Capital

Sanaka Capital has invested in Chennai-headquartered Congruent Solutions Pvt Ltd. Veda Corporate Advisors was the exclusive financial advisor to the company and its promoters. Congruent, with a subsidiary in the US, is a retirement plan administration software and services provider, with expertise across administration and operational services. Sanaka Capital is a private equity firm founded by the former Co-Head of Carlyle Group's Asia Growth team, Shankar Narayanan.
