US-based investor Kiran Patel acquires 50% stake in EV components maker Axiom Energy

Eminent Indian-American cardiologist and serial entrepreneur Dr. Kiran Patel has acquired a 50% stake in Hyderabad-based electric vehicle (EV) powertrain components manufacturing company Axiom Energy Conversion. The firm manufactures battery chargers, DC convertors, and motor controllers. Axiom's customers include multiple leading EV original equipment manufacturers and retailers. Pantomath Capital Advisors was the investment banker to the transaction.
