Utkarsh Small Finance Bank gets Sebi's nod for Rs.500-Cr IPO

Varanasi-headquartered Utkarsh Small Finance Bank has received capital markets regulator Sebi's go ahead to raise INR 500 crore through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The IPO is a completely fresh issue of shares. The lender may also consider raising up to INR 100 crore via a pre-IPO placement.
