ValuAble targets $100-M corpus for maiden venture debt fund
Banker Rahul Gupta and Siba Panda, former fund manager at Stride Ventures, have jointly launched their inaugural venture debt fund, ValuAble, aiming at a corpus of INR 850 crore (USD 100 million). The sector-agnostic fund will focus on early and growth-stage startups. It will make over 30 investments at an average ticket size of USD 3 million. The founders aim to achieve an annual return of 18%. They claim to have a deal-pipeline comprising more than 15 startups across stages.
