Vinzero acquires 20% stake in CAD s'ware firm Capricot Technologies
Singapore-based Vinzero PTE Ltd has acquired a 20% equity stake in New Delhi-based Capricot Technologies Pvt Ltd. Link Legal advised Vinzero on the deal. Capricot provides software technologies covering the entire building lifecycle from conceptualization, design, engineering, construction, to operation & maintenance. It caters to the building, infrastructure, manufacturing, media & entertainment, geospatial, graphic and education industries.
