Vithal Suryavanshi appointed ED of Kotak Realty Fund
Kotak Alternate Assets, managed by Kotak Investment Advisors Ltd (KIAL), has appointed Vithal Suryavanshi as Executive Director of Kotak Realty Fund. He will be a senior member of the commercial real estate vertical of the fund. Vithal Suryavanshi has around 30 years of experience and joins KIAL from Brookfield Properties, where he was the Senior Vice President and Regional Head for western India. Kotak Investment Advisors has, since 2005, raised, managed, and advised over USD 7.5 Billion across asset classes.
