Walton Street BlackSoil Fund II invests Rs.110-Cr in Chennai, Hyderabad housing projects

Walton Street BlackSoil Real Estate Debt Fund II (WSBREDF-II) has closed two transactions, and deployed INR 110 crore of debt in two housing projects, in Chennai and Hyderabad. The fund has deployed INR 65 crore in Krishnaiah Projects' “Zion” project in Chennai and INR 45 crore in Jain Housing Constructions's “Salzburg” project in Hyderabad. Both projects are in the mid-income housing segment. (Zion is part of the last phase of a township comprising 1,800 families.)
