Walton Street BlackSoil invests Rs.105-Cr in 2 Paranjape Group projects in Pune

Walton Street BlackSoil Real Estate Debt Fund II (WSBREDF – II) has invested over INR 105 crore in two under-construction, mid-income housing projects of Pune-based realty developer Paranjape Group. Both the projects are part of the developer's integrated township Blue Ridge spread over 138 acres in Pune's Hinjewadi area, expected to be completed in the next three years. The township also has an operational Special Economic Zone (SEZ) spread over 3 million sq ft.
