Warehouse automation co Grey Orange raises $135-M
Grey Orange Robotics , a Gurugram-based warehouse and retail automation company, has raised USD 135 million in the first tranche of its extended Series D round of funding led by New York-based growth capital investor Anthelion Capital (formerly Cowen Sustainable Investments). Existing investors Mithril Capital Management (backed by Peter Thiel), 3State Ventures and Blume Ventures also participated in the round which is a mix of debt and equity The company, which had last raised USD 110 million in May 2022, will use the new capital to accelerate technology hiring, global expansion, and support the adoption of its fulfilment orchestration platform across warehouses, distribution centres, and retail stores.
