Wealth-tech co Fisdom raises $5-M from Naspers unit
Bengaluru-based wealthtech startup Fisdom is raising about USD 5 million (about INR 40 crore) from its existing investor Naspers, via its unit PayU.Fisdom haa allotted Series C1 compulsory convertible preference shares (CCPS) to PayU.Fisdom posted a 36.6% decline in its net loss to INR 66.9 crore in FY23, while operating revenue rose 180.6% to INR 56.6 crore.
