Welspun One Logistics launches second AIF with Rs.2,000-Cr corpus
Welspun One Logistics Parks has launched its second alternative investment fund (AIF) of INR 2,000 crore, including a green shoe option of INR 1,000 crore. For the integrated management platform focused on warehousing and industrial real estate, this fund aimed at domestic investors follows the success of its earlier INR 500 crore fund that was launched in early 2021.
