Yatra Angel Network's Rs.90-Cr fund for fintechs gets Sebi nod

Yatra Angel Network has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to launch an INR 90 crore early-stage fintech-focused Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). The Category-I AIF would invest in 25-30 early-stage fintech startups, with an average cheque size of INR 1.5 crore to INR 3.5 crore.
